Easy Returns: Hassle-Free Refund Policy

  2. Items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or washed. We will ask you to send a photo of the item inside the original package. 
  3. Delivery Charge is excluded from refund.
  4. First return collection is FREE.
  5. Refunds on Cash On Delivery ( COD ) orders will be credited to your shop credit voucher, which can be used for future purchases.
  6. Credit card returns will be credited back to your credit card within 5-7 working days.  
  7. Refunds on Tabby purchases will be credited to your shop credit voucher, which can be used for future purchases.
