I  am not satisfied with the product I received, what should I do?

  • You can return the order within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the item should be in the same condition as you received it, not used and re-packed. Please contact us on WhatsApp (0)5 294 50 555 or send us an email care@busdeals-today.com.
If a wrong or damage product is received, what should I do?

  • Once you place an order before 2pm you can expect delivery 2-3 working days. You will receive a notification email and a message once the package has been dispatched from courier  company.
