Easy Return

You have a maximum of 7 days from time of delivery to request for refund and/or exchange of an item. Please contact us immediately after receiving your order, either on WhatsApp (0)52 945 0555 or email care@busdeals-today.com.

You will be required to show us the image of the goods in the original package together with your invoice.
After confirmation, we will process your exchange and arrange collection of the item(s) within 2-3 working days from you.

What is the Shipping Fee for Refund or Exchange?

In case of an exchange there will be no charge for the pickup at the same time. In the case of a return you will be required to pay a Shipping Fee of 19 AED.
