In case any item you received is Damaged or Wrong, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.  You will be required to show us an image of the damaged/wrong item together with your invoice. Once we confirm the damage of the item, we will require you to show us an image of the goods packaged in the same way as it was delivered, after which we will process an exchange for you through our Courier Company within 2-3 working days After collecting the item from you .

In case you would like to Exchange any item that you received because of undesired Size , Color or Design , you will be required to pa s Delivery Charge fee of AED 32 at the time Delivery of your exchange . The Exchange item shall ONLY be handed over to you after paying the Delivery Charge to the Courier Personal . 

In case of a Cash Refound , you will be required to pay a Collection Fee to the Delivery Company that will collect the undesired item from you and ones we receive the item , we shall then transfer the Refound Amount Less  by the Collection Fee & Bank transfer of 5.25 AED  or to you thought your  Bank Account . ( The Collection Fee is same as Delivery Charges ) . 



  • The original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchange or Refound shall ONLY be made after us collecting the Damage or un - desired product from you .
  •  Exchange and Refound is valid only within 7 DAYS after the date of delivery of the Product. No exceptions can be made in this regard.
