Exchange and Return Policy

We hope you love what you have ordered!
But just in case if you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the returns process easy.
Easy Return
You have a maximum of 7 days from time of delivery to request for refund and/or exchange of an item. Please contact us immediately after receiving your order, either on WhatsApp (0)52 945 0555 or email care@busdeals-today.com.
  1. You will be required to show us the image of the goods in the original package together with your invoice.
  2. After confirmation, we will process your exchange and arrange collection of the item(s) within 2-3 working days from you.
What is the Shipping Fee for Refund or Exchange?

In case of an exchange there will be no charge for the pickup at the same time. In the case of a return you will be required to pay a Shipping Fee of 19 AED.

Return & Exchange Conditions

If you receive damaged/defective/wrong items, please contact BusDeals Customer Service for help as soon as possible.

  1. Exchange one item for another one only.
  2. Items returned must be unused, with the original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, worn, damaged. washed or altered in any way.
  3. Items with "non-refundable". "flash sale", "promotion" cannot be returned or exchanged, as well as free gifts.
Important Notice
  1. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-BusDeals items.
  3. If the quantity of your returns application does not match the actual quantity returned, the courier may refuse to pick up the items.
  4. Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. This is not our return address and it will affect the processing of your return.
Refund Methods:
  • In the case of COD payments, your refund will be processed within three (3) days after we receive your return. The refund will be processed by way of Bank Transfer to your account.
  •  In the case of CREDIT CARD payments, refunds will be processed in line with card issuer's policies and will take up to 14 days to reflect.
Please Note:
Refunds will only be processed for the actual items. Other charges such as shipping fees are non-refundable.
